That’s why as a Hello Auto Group employee, you have access to a quality, comprehensive benefits package that offers flexibility and security for you and your family.
Each employee must meet with a Synergy Benefit Counselor to complete open enrollment, even if you are declining all coverage. You will be provided a meeting time along with instructions on where to meet with the Benefit Counselor.
Please have your ADP username and password at the meeting so that you can log in and complete the open enrollment. If you have not registered, please reach out to your Human Resources Administrator for instructions.

MEDICAL COVERAGE
Hello Auto Group offers Four (4) medical plans through Aetna. You pay your share of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions.
DENTAL COVERAGE
Hello Auto Group offers Dual PPO plan option and one DHMO offering offered through Delta Dental. You pay your share of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions.
VISION COVERAGE
Hello Auto Group offers One plan through EyeMed. You pay your share of the premium through pre-tax payroll deductions.
COMPANY PAID BASIC LIFE AND AD&D
Hello Auto Group offers benefit eligible employees a basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) benefit provided by Guardian.
INCOME PROTECTION
Hello Auto Group offers supplemental Life and AD&D insurance through Guardian, with coverage options for employees, spouses, and children, up to $500,000, with guaranteed issue limits.
DISABILITY PLAN
Company offers Hello Auto Group offers providing 20% pay for up to 26 weeks.
VOLUNTARY WORKSITE PLANS
Hello Auto Group offers voluntary benefits, including Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity insurance, providing financial protection for unexpected health events through Guardian Life Insurance.
