Premiums for Coverage
Hello Auto Group provides medical, dental and vision care benefits. To access these benefits, you pay a premium, deducted before taxes, semi monthly from your pay.
The amount you pay is determined by a few factors: Whether you want to include just yourself, your entire family or some combination in between.
You have 4 choices for the medical plans 3 dental plans and one vision:

You are free to choose any other health care coverage you wish and decline any coverage you do not want. For instance, you can select medical coverage but decline dental and vision. Or select dental, but no medical or vision. Any combination is acceptable. The contributions for 2025 are shown in the following tables:
